Penelope,
Penelope is a 6 month old litter box trained, UTD on vaccines and spayed female calico cat. She was found outside in very cold temperatures and lost the tip of her tail due to frost bite. She gets along with other cats, doesn’t seem to mind the dogs and would adjust well to a home with other pets.
