Meet Boone,
Boone is a 2 year old male pitbull. Exactly one month ago we got a call about a young dog that was dumped and hiding in a culvert. Left to fend for himself Boone was very under weight and had a few deep wounds on his kneck and face. With the help of some very kind people Boone was able to be rescued from the culvert and came into our care. Boone is now very healthy and ready for a home of his own. All Boone wants is a dry place to rest his head at night and someone to love him like he will love you. Boone is very friendly, he loves to play with other dogs and he even plays with the baby kittens in his current foster home. Boone has vision issues, and is believed to be mostly blind. He can see shapes and certain things but they are blurry and hazy to him. He loves going for walks although he pulls on the leash so he is working on that. He is kenneled trained, UTD on shots and neutered. Boone needs to be adopted out of city limits or in a No pitbull ban area!!
