Meet Palmer! Palmer is a 3 year old neutered male cat who is up to date on vaccinations. Palmer was brought in as an owner surrender. He is an independent kitty but he also loves affection sometimes. He would love to find a forever home where he can feel safe, loved… and get LOTS of treats and toys! Come visit with Palmer Tuesday-Friday from 1-5pm and Saturday from 1-4pm.
