Terms of Agreement: The following contract conditions have been formulated for the protection and best interest of all concerned parties. As such, these terms and conditions of these official regulations shall apply to be in effect between show management and any vendor whose contract is received and to whom space is rented. Upon acceptance of this application, the Vendor shall be bound by the terms of agreement set forth herein. All decisions regarding placement, allocation of space and all other points not covered are subject to the decision of show management.
Assignment of Space: Show management will promptly accept or reject each contract received and will furnish additional information to each vendor who contract has been accepted. Space will be available on a first come first serve basis! There will be a designated area for vendors where you can set up. Be sure to be there at the set time assigned for “set up” to get your spot.
Cancellations: No refunds will be given when a cancellation is made. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis approved by the Mondak Animal Rescue Board of Directors.
Use of Space and Solicitation at Spring Lake Park: All displays, demonstrations, and distribution of literature, lectures, sales, and transactions of business of any nature whatsoever shall be made inside the space contracted for and will be removed if violent or vulgar in any way. All table exhibits must be set up and ready a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the opening of the show. Vendors or their agents shall not injure or deface any surface of the property where the show is held. Vendors shall keep their booth space clean and orderly at all times.
